ARE YOU CURRENTLY ACCEPTING RETURNS + EXCHANGES AT STORES?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.
Usually, it takes approximately 4-7 business days for express shipping and about 10-25 days for standard shipping, depending on different countries, areas and shipping carriers. 

WHERE’S MY ORDER?

If your order seems to be taking longer than anticipated, as well as for any further questions on shipping, please contact customer@mongda.com. Or check it on www.17track.net with your tracking number which we sent you in the previous email. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, following your order confirmation, you should receive a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact customer@mongda.com.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept return on products. Customers have the right to apply for return within 30 days after delivery.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so it's very difficult for us to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, if you really need some help. Please contact customer@mongda.com

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. If you checked out with PayPal, be sure to check the email account associated with your account. For further questions, please contact customer@mongda.com.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ON MONGDA.COM?

Absolutely! All of your payment information is kept safe and secure and you can check out with either PayPal or your credit card.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

Please contact our customer care department immediately at customer@mongda.com. We will verify it and give you a satisfactory answer and compensation.
